Privacy

Draft — to be reviewed before relying on it.

What we keep

Your email address, display name and a secure hash of your password; your plans and payment records, including the receipt images you upload; messages you post in groups; and, if you turn on alerts, the push address your browser gives us.

Why

To run your account, check payments, give you access to the channels you paid for, and send the alerts you asked for. Nothing else.

Where

On a server we operate. We do not sell or share your data with advertisers. Push alerts pass through your browser maker's push service (Google, Apple, Mozilla or Microsoft).

How long

Account data is kept while your account exists. Payment records and receipts are kept for accounting. Deleted group messages are hidden from members straight away.

Your choices

Turn alerts off at any time in Profile. You can delete your account yourself in the iPhone app (Profile, Delete account): your email, username, name and password are erased at once and you are signed out everywhere. Payment and wallet records stay for accounting, and your past group messages show as "Deleted member".
